Welcome to the Grand Rapids Chapter!
President's Message
Happy New Year! Welcome to the Grand Rapids Chapter of IMA.
As you think about your New Year's resolutions, remember that everything starts with "small steps". Being an active member of a professional organization is one "small step " that will help you to build your professional network.
IMA is the worldwide professional organization of more than 60,000 accountants and financial professionals who look for programs and services to help expand their financial management skills, enhance their organization's performance, and empower their career potential.
The Grand Rapids Chapter of IMA has over 400 members, and serves West Michigan, Lakeshore and Northern Michigan. The chapter holds technical meetings the third Tuesday of the month (September through May) and also sponsors training and networking opportunities, and special events, such as a golf outing. The Grand Rapids Chapter also co-sponsors, with the Kalamazoo Chapter, an annual Spring Seminar, offering 8 hours of CPE.
