Speaker Background:

 

Kelley Losey is the Senior Manager of Sustainability and Director of Quest (Quest) Sustainable Solutions at Cascade Engineering, a multi-business manufacturer and marketer supporting multiple brands in the automotive, truck, solid waste/recycling, furniture, and renewable energy industries. She also teaches classes in Corporate Social Responsibility at Aquinas College and Ferris State University.

 

Cascade Consulting is a training and consulting division of Cascade Engineering that helps other organizations implement sustainable triple bottom line solutions that provide bottom line results.

 

Kelley has been employed by Cascade Engineering for over 13 years. Under her direction, the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration recognized Cascade for its progressive safety practices and Cascade was also recognized by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality for being a Clean Corporate Citizen and a Platinum Neighborhood Environmental Partner.   Through her role in Human Resources, Kelley participated in the development of key best practices that comprise the foundation of Cascade Engineering's unique culture. She helped develop programs like Cascade's unique Welfare to Career Program, employee orientation, diversity and inclusion programs, and pay-for-skill contribution system to allow for maximum employee engagement and satisfaction.
