Rebecca Westmaas is the branch manager for the Grand Rapids office of Robert Half International. She is responsible for managing the company’s Accountemps, Robert Half Finance & Accounting, Robert Half Management Resources and OfficeTeam divisions including recruiting and interviewing candidates, speaking to clients to determine their staffing needs, training and developing internal staff and managing branch operations.

Rebecca has spent more than seventeen years of her professional life in the recruitment industry and has experienced all phases of the job market cycle first-hand.  She is an expert in employment trends and her insight into the workplace is often featured in major print, radio and television media outlets across West Michigan.  Under Rebecca’s direction, Robert Half has achieved great success in establishing itself as a leading provider of highly skilled professionals.

Rebecca joined the organization in 1996 and has helped over 4000 West Michigan professionals find rewarding careers. She is professionally involved in the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) and the American Society of Women Accountants (ASWA). Additionally, she is philanthropically involved with the American Cancer Society (Relay for Life Event Chair), Cattle Barons Ball (Volunteer Coordination Chair) and God’s Kitchen.
